◎简　　介　

　　本片描绘洛杉矶成为一个黑暗暴力的世界充满动作、惊栗及刺激的场面。2013年，美国洛杉矶发生9.6级大地震，并与美国大陆分裂，成为小岛。美革命分子在岛上成立一支叛变军队，而美国总统更将所有罪犯放遂在这三不管的九反之地。然而总统女儿亦被叛军掳走，因此总统找来斯内克潜入城内，救回女儿并将开启核弹的钥匙夺回……

　　在未来世界里，纽约市已成为一所被隔离的大型监狱，美国政府将犯人丢进这所超大监狱中，只雷进不能出让他们自生自灭，一天载著美国总统的空军一号意外迫降坠毁于纽约市中心，乘坐逃生舱逃出的美国总统被监狱中的犯人首领公爵所俘虏，由于总统身上带有一卷"关于世界和平"非常重要的录音带，美国政府利用一名曾是战时英雄的囚犯-蛇王，威胁他进入纽约就出总统，蛇王为了换得自由身，不得已决定身入险境...
